- Login and tap “Top up”. The following are the different top up options
From mobile money to Vaulit wallet
- Tap “Mobile Money” for wallet top up from (it highlights blue ) and also tap “Vaulit wallet” for wallet to top up (it highlights Blue)
- Put in the phone number you are removing money from and amount and continue.
- You will be required to put the mobile pin.
- Put the mobile pin number and transaction will be successful.
- You will be charged a Vaulit fee of 2% of every amount as well as the telecom withdraw charge
- For example if you want to deposit 50,000 shs on your vaulit wallet, you will be charged as follows:
- Telecom withdraw fee: shs 1500 + shs 250 tax.
- Relworx will then receive the shs 50,000 and charge a 2% fee
- Relworx top up fee: 2% of shs 50,000 which is shs 1000
- So you will receive shs 50,000 less shs 1000

- Tap “Mobile Money” for wallet top up from (it highlights blue ) and also tap “Saving wallet” for wallet to top up (it highlights Blue)
- Put in the phone number you are removing money from and amount and continue.
- You will be required to put the mobile pin.
- Put the mobile pin number and transaction will be successful.
- You will be charged a Vaulit fee of 2% of every amount as well as the telecom withdraw charge
- For example if you want to deposit 50,000 shs on your vaulit wallet, you will be charged as follows:
